Title: Line Cook
Reports to: Assistant Kitchen Manager/Kitchen Manager

Responsibilities include:
• Assembling food orders to completion
• Practicing speedy service
• Reading a Prep Sheet
• Staying organized and stocked
• Meeting and maintaining all food and plate specifications
• Meeting established cook-time standards
• Coordinating food items from all other parts of the line
• Meat searing
• Meat seasoning
• Meat cooking
• Following proper sanitation guidelines
• Understanding equipment and Prep Sheets
• Exhibiting teamwork
• Motivating the team

Qualifications:
• High School Diploma or equivalent, preferred
• 6 months of recent kitchen experience
• Ability to lift 40 pounds
• Ability to stand for more than 8 hours
• Great communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure
• Works well in team environment

Server responsibilities include:
• Impressing guests and providing quality service
• Showing excitement and enthusiasm
• Demonstrating great salesmanship
• Following Tippy’s Steps of Service
• Using the POS system effectively
• Complying with responsible alcohol service guidelines, including serving guests responsibly
• Cash handling
• Recognizing first-time guests
• Exhibiting teamwork
• Making sure our guests never have to ask for anything
• Ability to help out in other areas as necessary

Qualifications:
• High School Diploma or equivalent, preferred
• 6 months of recent serving experience
• Ability to lift 40 pounds
• Ability to stand for more than 8 hours

The Expo is responsible for:
-Preping food
-Plating food
-Running food
-stocking and prepping coolers
-communicating with the back and front of house

This job does requires the ability to stand/walk for extended periods of time. Ability to carry large and somewhat heavy trays. Ability to follow food safety measures and guidelines. Requires good communication skills and ability to multitask.

• Grinding fresh hamburger
• Following meat cutting specs
• Tracking yields
• Maintaining sanitation rules and regulations
• Being a team player
• Following Prep Sheets

Qualifications
•Detail oriented
•High School Diploma or equivalent, or currently enrolled, preferred
• No experience needed, preferred
• Ability to lift 100 pounds
• Willingness to follow food safety and sanitation polices at all times
• Willingness to help out in other positions if necessary
• Able to work in mildly frigid environment
• Ability to stand for more than 8 hours
